About us

Craft meets the pace of Malmö.

Sushi & Burrito Studio grew out of a simple idea: sushi deserves the same care it always has, in a format that fits the way people live today. We cut the fish by hand every morning, roll burritos to order and build poke bowls with the same respect for balance as a classic sushi kitchen.

Everything is made in our open kitchen in central Malmö — you see exactly what goes into your bowl, your skewer or your roll.
